Your Wedding - Management, Planning & On The Day Coordination (Complete package)

Feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start with your Wedding planning... then this service is for you! This complete package includes the Management, Planning & on the day Coordination of your Wedding leaving nothing for you to worry about. We will ensure that your plans and vision come to life just the way you envisioned it. 

Package inclusions:

• Unlimited Phone calls and Email communications with the Couple
• One face to face meeting with the Couple (In Person or via Zoom, optional/if required)
• Sourcing of Vendors in line with your budget (up to 10 Vendors)
• Creation of a document of a Plan for the day which will be provided to the Couple and all Vendors including bump in, bump out, arrival, set up times etc. for each Vendor
• FZK & Co. will be point of contact for all Vendors prior to and on the day
• Schedule all Vendors for the day
• Working with your MC (if applicable), Venue Staff and all other Vendors on the day (as per the provided Day Plan)
• Management of all set up on the day
• Management on the Day including organising any other last minute requests that may have been forgotten about but not to worry, we'll make the magic happen!
       • 6 hours In Person on the day
  (Additional In Person hours are an optional extra cost).
