Your Wedding Day - Coordination a month prior

For the couple that has everything planned but would like assistance the month prior to your Special Day, this service is for you! We will communicate with your Vendors to confirm bump in/bump out timings, finalise invoices and more to ensure a smooth flow on the day.

Package inclusions:

• Unlimited Phone calls and Email communications with the Couple for advise and any last minutes requests - we are here for you!
• Two face to face meeting with the Couple (In Person or via Zoom) to go through what you have Booked in and to assist with anything that you haven't booked in
• Liaise with your Vendors to confirm all timings and development of a Day Plan timeline to be provided to the Couple and all Vendors
• FZK & Co. will take over as point of contact for all Vendors up until your Wedding Day
• Attend and coordinate your rehearsal
