Your Wedding Day - Coordination on the day & Invitation Suite

If you have done most of the planning for your Wedding Day but don't want the stress of running around on the day, this Service is for you! We will ensure that your plans and vision come to life just the way you’ve planned it. We will ensure that everything is set up and is as planned and will coordinate with your vendors on the day.

No Bride or Groom should experience exhaustion and stress on their special day, so, allow FZK & Co. to take over the on day rush so you can enjoy the day without any stress.

Discounted Package inclusions:

• Unlimited communications with the Couple as needed & the option of one face to face meeting with the Couple (In Person or via Zoom)
• Confirmation of your Vendors and a Plan for the day which will be provided to the Couple and all Vendors including bump in, bump out, arrival, set up times etc. for each Vendor
• FZK & Co. will take over as point of contact for all Vendors on the day
• Working with your MC (if applicable), Venue Staff and all other Vendors on the day (as per the provided Day Plan)
• Assistance in setting up Ceremony and/or Reception on the day including decor, stationery & more!
• Supervise in person and assist on the Day - up to 6 hours on the day and organise any other last minute requests that may have been forgotten about but not to worry, we'll make the magic happen!

Invitation Suite:

• Invitations 500gsm with Matte print
• Details cards 500gsm with Matte print
• Envelopes 500gsm with Matte print of a design

Complimentary Invitation Suite inclusions:

• Custom Design including Florals, Patterns & Monogram creation
• 5 rounds of edits
• Paper colour/texture of your choice for all elements
